The Psychosocial Playbook

Practical learning so you can understand your obligations

VICTORIA: Coming soon REST OF AUSTRALIA: Coming soon

Since 1 December 2025, Victorian employers have had specific legal obligations around psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

Business owners are legally required to understand these obligations, and we'd like to help.

The Psychosocial Playbook is our online course that helps small to medium business owners understand their obligations under the new legislation, and also build a practical approach to managing psychosocial hazards in their workplace.

The psychosocial legislation differs in the rest of Australia. A course covering this is coming soon, with content tailored to NSW, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT.

So if you run a salon or cafe, own a retail business or have employees working for you or are the owner of any of the large variety of small to medium businesses in Australia, The Psychosocial Playbook is for you.

What the course covers

  • Your legal obligations under the new psychosocial safety legislation
  • How to identify psychosocial hazards in your workplace
  • How to assess and prioritise the risks that matter most
  • Practical controls you can put in place
  • How to build a simple review process that keeps your business on track
